SOUTH CHESHIRE CONCERT
South Cheshire Concert Band has vacancies for players of woodwind, brass and percussion instruments, who have reached the standard of Associated Board Grade 5 or equivalent.
If you would like to join us, please contact our secretary via the contact form on our Home page or come along to a rehearsal on a Thursday evening at St Peter's Church Hall.
Don't be shy, come and try it out!
As part of the wider structure of the Band, we provide opportunities for ensemble playing for Band members.
We currently have a clarinet choir and a saxophone ensemble which are organised and run by players from the relevant sections. The clarinet choir rehearses on the second Friday of each month from 7.30 p.m. until 9.00 p.m. Please contact us for information about both of these groups.
We are also aiming to introduce a wind quintet, a flute choir and a brass ensemble in the near future.
